We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • With tags attached (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@trykeens.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • The return shipping address

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trykeens.com with photos of the issue.

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Beauty or personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please first request a return. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
